This Revised Act is an administrative consolidation of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014. It is prepared by the Law Reform Commission in accordance with its function under the Law Reform Commission Act 1975 (3/1975) to keep the law under review and to undertake revision and consolidation of statute law.
All Acts up to and including the Health (Termination of Pregnancy Services) (Safe Access Zones) Act 2024 (13/2024), enacted 7 May 2024, and all statutory instruments up to and including the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (State Authority) Order 2024 (S.I. No. 193 of 2024), made 7 May 2024, were considered in the preparation of this Revised Act.
